Kapsil Greek Specialties was founded in 2010. One of the founders recognized the lack of products available for Kappa Silhouettes whenever she attended meetings for Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. with her husband. Kapsil (yes, that's what it means) was formed to meet that need. In 2011, Kapsil expanded to include promotional products, as well as products for other Greek organizations, particularly the Divine 9 groups. In 2014, as the business grew, Kapsil acquired a local Greek store with a web presence and expanded to include multicultural Greeks.
